At Sole Chic Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium footwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not delighted with your order, we’re pleased to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original condition (unworn, unmarked, with tags attached)
- Be in the original packaging
- Include all accompanying documentation (certificate of authenticity if applicable)
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our style advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely repackage the footwear in its original box, then place inside a shipping box.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at: Sole Chic Shop Returns

Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Exchange Information
If you’re exchanging an item:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- You’ll receive tracking information for your replacement item
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
